I find a great way to relieve stress, sinus congestion, eye pain, nasal congestion and temple headaches is with a head massage followed by a dry heat sauna.
Head massages are a terrific way to encourage a feeling of well-being and that will reduce your stress levels. That general overall tension and stress creates headaches, depression, poor concentration, hair loss and eye strain. Many other symptoms will surely arise not too far behind, of which a head massage can sufficiently calm. Then follow with a dry heat sauna to detoxify your body of the harmful toxins contributing to the many symptoms mentioned (and others not mentioned) while relaxing your body.
A great gift is to give a massage. An even better one is to get one. If you can find a comfortable place to recline (or sit) then you can accomplish the task whether at home or at work. You will be revitalized, look strong and relaxed with wonderful eye clarity. You can follow up with a dry heat sauna at home or a spa near your job later.

People have recognized the therapeutic benefits of the sauna. pH Miracle Dry Heat Saunas (available for home and/or commercial installation) work with radiant energy, just like what you feel when you step into the sunlight on a cold day. There's no need to heat the air, in fact the front window opens for ventilation. The suede-flocked heating panels are safe to touch. The entire cabin is ready to use in about 5 minutes — unlike 60 minutes for traditional saunas, and the unit consumes one-tenth the electricity!
The far-infrared heat penetrates deep: up to two inches below the skin for stimulation you can really feel, and health benefits you can really appreciate.
There are a number of pressure points on the head. The specific areas can relieve pain by stimulating these areas with gentle pressure, using your thumbs.
- Sinus congestion: Press in the dimple at the inner end of the eyebrow, directly above the corner of the eye.
- Nasal congestion: Press in the dimples beside the nose, one finger width away from each nostril.
- Temple headaches: Press in the hollow of the temples, a finger width beyond the outer end of the eyebrow.
- Eye pain: Press in the hollow on top of the eyebrows, one finger's width above the pupil of the eye.
